Stopped there after 12 and would do it again great food and better customer service. The manager accommodated my dietary restrictions and suggested the deluxe chicken nachos. As you can see by the picture it was a great recommendation. They open until 3 am with a drive thru.

We tried a different food and location today. King burrito really does have giant burritos. So for me, I chose the King Nachos Queso Blanco. You have to eat these quickly or the cheese hardens pretty fast so dig in when you get this dish. My party has decided to revisit this hidden gem and try a few things on the menu. Highly recommend this restaurant folks!

WHY is Burrito King so good?? Because they make their own real, actual food. This ain't processed junk off the Cysco truck, it's real food! Honestly, try the nachos and a taco if you're not into burritos and you'll never eat fast food again!

Don't be fooled, this place has some delicious food. You absolutely cannot go wrong with the Works Burrito (can be eaten any time of day, not just breakfast) and the tamales. Get the green salsa.

They’re awesome. Made my day. Ordered carnitas tacos and they did not disappoint.

Try not to get the drive thru from ninth street. I had the Everything burrito. It was great, didn’t leak. They’re open very late as well!

Near campus, greasy late-night fast food that's a million times better than Taco Bell. Look over the menu before you go; deciding what you want on the fly can be daunting. The best item on the menu is the #16 deluxe nachos. The drive-through speaker may use an upgrade or repair, but it adds to the charm.

oh, man. I gotta tell you, I think Burrito King is hands-down my favorite Mexican food restaurant in the entirety of KS, honestly. Actually in contention for my favorite restaurant period, but they’ve got some competition in Joe’s KC BBQ in that category. My go-to every time is the “Mexican-Style Soft Tacos, Pastor”. Add HOT Salsas. Usually accompanied by a classic Mexican Coke in the glass bottle, but sometimes you just have to get that Horchata. Horchata is more of a late-night option, though, personally. Regardless, if you’re looking for just about any type of Mexican food, you really can’t go wrong with Burrito King. Locally, Family owned, a huge menu consisting of both authentic Mexican, as well as Tex-Mex options, and lightning quick, no frills service. As someone who developed a serious appreciation for the “taco culture” whilst living in Los Angeles, this place definitely scratches that itch. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I seriously get so happy when eating their food. The best.
